After months of preparation, filming and post-production, it's out. On the platform Seduo My new video course came out today. Digital Balance: How to Take Control of Technology.
This is a topic close to my heart: I've been involved in it since my early days as a lecturer, and even in the age of AI, it's still relevant. Technology should serve us. Not us.
In trainings, workshops, and lectures, one thing is repeated: Most of the time, we don't need another app. Not another AI tool. We need to regain control over how we use technology.
Why digital balance?
Years ago, when I started training Microsoft 365, productivity, or later artificial intelligence, most of the questions were about features.
- How to set something up.
- Where to find what.
- How to use the new app.
Today the questions are often different.
- How to concentrate better at work?
- How to handle constant notifications?
- Do I have to be online all the time?
- How can I use AI to really save me time?
- How to set healthier digital habits?
These are questions that are heard in training courses today, perhaps more often than technical questions themselves.
And that is exactly why this course was created.
What you will find in the course
Don't expect a list of features or instructions for another app.
The course is based on common situations that most of us are familiar with.
We will focus on, for example:
- why technology often distracts us more than we realize,
- how to work with notifications,
- how to better protect your attention,
- how to establish healthier digital habits,
- how to use AI as a helper, not as another source of congestion,
- why the goal is not to use less technology, but to use it more consciously.
What can you change today so that technology serves you a little better tomorrow?
It is around this question that the entire course revolves.
Who is the course for?
I prepared the course mainly for people who work with a computer or phone every day.
You don't have to be a tech enthusiast.
On the contrary.
If you ever feel like:
- you are constantly interrupted by work,
- In the evening you are tired from the amount of information,
- You pick up your phone more often than you would like.,
- you want to use AI meaningfully, but without feeling like you have to try every new thing,
I believe you will find many practical recommendations in it.
I would be happy for your feedback.
If you take the course, I would be happy if you would write to me about what interested you the most or what you changed in your daily habits thanks to it.
