Invitation to the webinar on February 8 at 6 p.m

On Tuesday 8.2. in the evening there will be an (online) opportunity to meet on a webinar for the public. Topic: Digital Wellbeing - How to stay digital and be able to disconnect. We start at 6 p.m.

We scroll about 90 meters per day with neewsfeed. And if you work on a computer, we click the mouse approximately 5000 times a day. The webinar will also include more sophisticated tips than just how not to rub your fingers. 🙂
