I am sharing so you can see that we are all dealing with the same thing. Really!
There needs to be:
(1) Ineffective communication between managers and subordinates
(2) Harassment of people on HO
(3) How to foster teamwork and culture
(4) How to motivate at a distance
(5) How to prevent remote burnout (yes, that already exists 🙂 )
