There is no clear definition yet. Having a phone in your hand is not a problem. The problem is its overuse. The risk level is about 4 hours a day or more. Such behavior can have negative effects on a person and his surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The most common manifestations:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>disruption of the daily rhythm<\/li><li>neglecting personal hygiene, food, sleep<\/li><li>fatigue, headaches, eye, back or other parts of the musculoskeletal system<\/li><li>impaired orientation in time<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">But it has long-term effects. They seem more dangerous to me. For example:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>limitation of physical activity and subsequent obesity<\/li><li>loss of contacts outside the online world, deterioration of communication skills and related conflicts in personal relationships<\/li><li>neglecting school or work leading to poorer results<\/li><li>association with anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, suicidal thoughts, aggression and alcohol consumption<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you recognize yourself or someone close to you in this?
